Welcome to The Pearl Laguna. By booking a retreat or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking & PaymentsReservations:
All bookings are processed through our secure BookingLayer system. Taxes: All retreat rates are subject to a 14% local transient occupancy tax, which will be clearly displayed at the final stage of your checkout. Payment Processing: We use Authorize.net to ensure your credit card information is handled securely and in compliance with PCI standards.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy Because of the intimate and exclusive nature of our wellness retreat, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Deposit: A 50% booking deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your dates. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made 40 days prior to retreat dates. Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be made before your retreat reservation. Valid to be rebooked within 6 months of original date. 
3. Health & Liability WaiverPhysical Requirements: Our program involves physical activity (hiking, yoga). By booking, you represent that you are in good health and have consulted a physician if necessary. Liability: The Pearl Laguna is not responsible for injuries sustained during the program or for the loss of personal property.
4. Property RulesCheck-in/Check-out: 3 PM Check In. 11 AM Check Out. Subject to change. 
Quiet Hours: To maintain the "stillness and soul" of the retreat, guests are expected to respect quiet hours.

6. Governing LawThese terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of Orange County.
